Customer-facing technical roles

Private coaching until you’re hired.

The interviews for customer-facing technical roles aren’t coding tests. They’re discovery calls, live demos, and architecture whiteboards. We train them one on one, with daily AI mock practice and a readiness assessment, until you land the offer. You pay only after you start the job.

What this is, in plain terms.

  1. 01

Our only goal is to get you hired into a customer-facing technical role.

  2. 02

You work one on one with a coach who has actually done the job.

  3. 03

Daily structure, exercises, and feedback. You always know what to do next.

  4. 04

We cover both sides: getting interviews and passing them.

  5. 05

Risk-free, aligned incentives. You pay only after you start working.

  6. 06

Expect to put in real hours. This works if you do the work.

We only take people we believe will succeed. Follow the process and the outcomes follow.

Three phases. One outcome: the offer.

You always know which phase you’re in and exactly what to do next.

Phase 01

Foundations

Before you apply anywhere, we sharpen the technical depth and the customer-facing skills the interview actually tests: discovery, demoing, architecture, and translating pain into solutions.

  • Daily exercises and AI mock practice
  • A readiness assessment that scores where you stand
  • A dedicated coach and 2+ live sessions a week

Phase 02

Positioning & outreach

Once you’re ready, we turn your background into a story for solutions and pre-sales, rebuild your resume and LinkedIn, and get interviews on the calendar.

Phase 03

Live interviews

When an interview is scheduled, prep becomes bespoke and intensive: company-specific rounds and realistic mocks, until you convert the offer.

Two AI tools, built in.

Between your live sessions, you get daily reps with AI practice that scores you and shows exactly what to fix. Both live in your student portal once you’re enrolled.

AI Career Assessment

Know exactly where you stand.

Score your readiness for your target role across five dimensions, with the gaps to close and a focused 4-week plan.

Who it’s for.

College students

Strong technically with good instincts, looking to break into customer-facing roles.

New grads

Technical and sharp on your feet, aiming for customer-facing technical work from the start.

Engineers going customer-facing

You want the variety and comp of solutions or FDE work, but the interview format is foreign.

Salespeople going technical

You know the room. You need the technical depth and credibility to back it up.

Solutions pros leveling up

Already in the field, aiming for a bigger, better-paying seat.

Bouncing back

A recent solutions interview didn't go your way and you want to fix exactly what broke.

Likely a good fit

You have a technical or customer-facing background, you can commit real hours most days, and you stay engaged.

May not be the fit

You can’t commit the time, or won’t stay responsive day to day.

and across fast-growing B2B SaaS and AI.

You don’t pay until you’re hired.

A clear income-share agreement. Nothing upfront — payment starts only once you’ve started the new job. Which rate applies depends on your situation:

New salary over $70,000

8%of your monthly pay, for 1 year

Pay nothing upfront. Once you land a job paying over $70,000, you pay 8% of your monthly pay for one year — and never a dollar until you start the new job.

Example

Before

$0k/yr

After Solutionary

$120k/yr

Pay 8% of your salary, spread across the year.

  • No upfront cost to get started
  • Pay only after you land the job
  • Aligned incentives: we succeed when you do

Salary increase from a previous job

12%of your monthly salary increase, for 1 year

Switching to a higher-paying job? You pay 12% of the extra you're earning — your new salary minus your previous one — each month for one year. Again, nothing until you start.

Example

Previous job

$120k/yr

After Solutionary

$300k/yr

Pay 12% of the $180k increase, spread across the year.

  • No upfront cost to get started
  • Pay only after you land the job
  • Aligned incentives: we succeed when you do

Example figures are illustrative, not a guarantee. Your exact income threshold, percentage, and term are set in your signed agreement.

Questions, answered.

How long is the program?

Until you accept an offer. Timeline depends on your starting point and how much time you put in, typically a couple of months, sometimes longer.

Is this a bootcamp?

No. It's fully remote and one on one. You work with your coach, not a cohort of students. The goal isn't to teach a tech stack. It's to get you hired into a customer-facing technical role.

How does the ISA work?

You start with no upfront cost. Once you're placed and earning above the threshold, you pay a set share of your pay (or of your raise) for 12 months. Payments begin only after you start the job.

Do you guarantee a job or interviews by a date?

No. We don't start the job search until we believe you'll pass. Do the daily work and interviews tend to come, but nothing is guaranteed.

What's the time commitment?

Plan for a couple of focused hours most days during training, and more once interviews are scheduled. Consistency matters more than any single day.

Do I need a coding background?

A technical or strongly customer-facing background helps a lot. If you're missing the basics, we'll tell you honestly and point you to what to learn first.
